Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in ETL concepts within the data testing domain to ensure robust data integration and validation

Job Description:
- Design and implement ETL processes to efficiently extract transform and load data
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to understand data requirements and maintain data integrity
- Develop and maintain data testing frameworks to validate ETL workflows Analyze data discrepancies and work towards root cause identification and resolution
- Monitor ETL job performance and optimize data pipelines for scalability and reliability
- Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards throughout the ETL lifecycle
- Document ETL processes test cases and results to maintain transparency and reproducibility
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of comprehensive data testing strategies to validate ETL processes
- Develop automated test scripts and scenarios to identify defects and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise on ETL and data testing
- Conduct data profiling validation and reconciliation activities to ensure data quality
- Mentor junior team members on ETL concepts and data testing best practices Identify gaps in existing ETL workflows and recommend improvements
- Communicate test results and issues clearly to stakeholders and assist in troubleshooting data related problems
