About the Role:

Job Title – Java Software Engineer

Location – London, UK

Mode of Work – Hybrid (3 Days Onsite Per Week)

Type of Hiring – Permanent

Key Technologies:

• Java Spring Boot, Microservices
• OpenShift, Apache Kafka latest stable RabbitMQ latest stable (Any/Similar)
• MongoDB, Oracle Database (Any/ Similar)
• DevOps tools for automation CICD and monitoring

Skills Experience:

• Expert level Java development skills
• Proven experience building resilient high availability and high-performance applications
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Strong expertise in API design and implementation
• Extensive experience with container orchestration platforms Kubernetes
• In-depth knowledge of messaging systems Apache Kafka RabbitMQ
• Proficient with MongoDB or Oracle database technologies
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices automated testing and related tools
• Leadership and mentoring skills to guide and support junior team members
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent coordination and communication within teams and with external stakeholders
• Commitment to encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
• Experience with log and resource management
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Fluent English communication skills
