Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IDMC Developer to join our data engineering team The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and implementing data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud IDMC services This role requires strong technical expertise in cloud integration mapping design and process optimisation as well as a collaborative approach to working with crossfunctional teams

Key Responsibilities

Development Implementation Design develop and implement robust data integration solutions utilising Informatica IDMC services including Cloud Data Integration CDI and Cloud Application Integration CAI

Mapping Workflow Design Build efficient and reusable mappings taskflows and process objects in accordance with best practices to ensure optimal performance and maintainability

Integration with Cloud SaaS Develop and implement integrations with leading cloud platforms such as AWS Azure and GCP SoftwareasaService SaaS applications and modern data warehouses like Snowflake or Databricks

Troubleshooting Optimisation Perform comprehensive debugging error handling and optimisation of data pipelines ensuring scalability reliability and high performance

Collaboration Documentation Collaborate closely with solution architects and business analysts to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions Ensure thorough and clear documentation of all implementations and processes

Quality Compliance Adhere strictly to data governance frameworks security protocols and compliance standards throughout the development lifecycle

Required Skills Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related discipline

6-8 years of overall experience in ETLData Integration

2-3 years of handson experience with Informatica IDMC or IICS

Extensive handson experience with Informatica IDMC including CDI and CAI modules

Strong expertise in designing mappings taskflows and process objects for data integration projects

Proven track record of integrating with major cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP SaaS applications and data warehouse solutions eg Snowflake Databricks

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot debug and optimise complex data pipelines

Excellent communication documentation and collaboration skills

Sound understanding of data governance security and compliance best practices
