About the Role:

Job Title – Technical Lead Sitecore

Location – Sheffield, UK

Mode of Work – Hybrid (3 Days Onsite Per Week)

Type of Hiring – Fixed Term Employment (FTE)

Role Overview:

• A hands-on Technical Lead to establish and grow a new Sitecore development capability from the ground up
• This is a foundational role within a newly formed DevOps POD merging into an existing team requiring someone who leads by technical example builds team culture and delivers highquality Sitecore solutions across backend and frontend

Required Skills Experience:

Sitecore

• Strong hands-on Sitecore experience XMXPXM Cloud
• Proficiency with Sitecore architecture content modelling and multisite configurations
• Experience with Sitecore headless delivery JSS Experience Edge desirable

Backend

• C NET development ASPNET Core
• RESTful API design and integration patterns
• Sitecore Helix architecture principles
• Experience with Azure or other cloud hosting environments is a plus

Frontend

• Working knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks React Nextjs preferred
• Ability to review frontend code critically and guide frontend engineers effectively

DevOps Tooling

• Git based workflows branching strategies and agile culture

Testing Quality

• Familiarity with unit testing integration testing and automation testing approaches
• Ability to instill QA discipline within a development team

Leadership

• Proven experience leading a high performing development team in a hands-on capacity
• Strong communicator across technical and nontechnical audiences
• Structured pragmatic approach to Agile delivery

Nice to Have:

• Sitecore certifications
• Experience building or rebuilding a team capability from scratch
• Familiarity with Sitecore CDP Personalize or Search
