We are currently hiring on a permanent basis for a 40-hour working week , based in our Central London office .

Responsibilities & Duties

You will primarily recruit graduates and early-career professionals from STEM backgrounds with a passion for technology. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Sourcing and attracting candidates using various methods including job boards and LinkedIn
Attending university career fairs and networking events globally
Building rapport with candidates and "selling" the opportunity confidently
Building relationships with academic institutions across the UK, US, and Europe
Cold calling and proactively engaging new candidates
Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Maintaining accurate records using our ATS and internal systems

Pay, Commissions + Bonuses

£28,000 basic pay
Uncapped individual commission

Requirements

Recruitment, outbound telesales, or sales experience preferred but not essential
Must come from a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong interpersonal skills and confident communicator
Able to take initiative and quickly adapt to new challenges
Passionate about working in tech recruitment on a global scale
Must be available to start immediately
