Learn the essentials - hardware, networks, cloud computing, troubleshooting and more - in an interactive online format and earn a globally recognised CompTIA Tech+ certification. Upon successful completion of the course, participants are guaranteed an interview with one of our partner employers.

- IT Systems Administrator: £25,000 – £35,000
- Technical Support Technician: £23,000 – £27,000
- Entry Level IT Technician: £22,000 – £25,000
- Helpdesk Analyst: £18,000 – £25,000

Eligibility
To apply, you must:
- Live in the West Midlands
- Be aged 19 or over
- Earn below the gross annual wage cap of £34,194 (West Midlands)
- Not currently be undertaking any other government-funded training
- Not be in the UK on a student, graduate, postgraduate or sponsorship visa, or as a dependent of someone who is
