What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reaching out to prospective learners via phone, email and SMS
• Handling both cold and warm leads with professionalism and energy
• Understanding individual goals and recommending suitable training programmes
• Supporting learners through the enrolment process
• Working towards clear acquisition targets with full team support

What We’re Looking For:

• Confident and engaging communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone and writing professional emails
• Motivated, enthusiastic and eager to learn
• No previous experience required — full training provided
