Lead Infrastructure Engineer

Senior Infrastructure Engineer/Linux/6 months/Contract/£550/DV Clearance/Milton Keynes

The Linux SME will deliver expert support for enterprise Linux platforms operating within a secure, assured infrastructure. The role will focus on system stability, performance, security and troubleshooting across a range of Linux-based services.

The role will include supporting and delivering Linux based development activities, including building and maintaining development environments, containerising applications and services, and supporting modern deployment approaches alongside traditional platform operations and Objectives:

Desirable qualifications

• RHCSA - Red Hat Certified System Administrator, or
• RHCE - Red Hat Certified Engineer, or
• LFCS - Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator

Or

LPIC 1 or LPIC 2 (Linux Professional Institute)

This role requires the successful candidate to already hold DV clearance due to the nature of the project and work.
