About The Role (External)
Vacancy type: Permanent, 35 hours per week, Hybrid working of 2/3 days in the office. We welcome applications from those seeking flexible or part time hours.

Main responsibilities:
Assist in the monitoring and reporting on asset performance, reliability, productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in measuring, reporting and benchmarking service/asset performance, reliability, productivity, and efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify best practice in the management of asset and service performance, reliability, productivity, and efficiency and implement improvements.
  • Undertake analysis to determine trends and root causes.
  • Investigate and report on performance related failures and recommend corrective action.
  • Investigate and report on productivity and efficiency losses and recommend corrective action.
  • Assist in the implementation of asset performance, reliability, productivity, and efficiency Improvement
  • initiatives, including data integrity and quality.
  • Provide front line support to stakeholders. This will involve the production of ad hoc reports and query resolution.
Essential
  • Knowledge of service and asset reliability analysis techniques
  • Knowledge of service and asset reliability improvement techniques
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
  • Good experience working with and learning use of analytical tools and systems to manipulate and
  • present data
Desirable
  • Knowledge of Network Rail Telecom process and techniques
  • Knowledge of failure/incident investigation management and recording
  • Good knowledge of operational railway environment
