Account Manager – PropTech

Established over 10 years ago, our client is a private-equity backed, leading provider of software & services to the property industry. They work with a range of organisations across the UK to drive speed & efficiency across key processes within their businesses.

They are now looking for an Account Manager to join their team; this role is a mix of seeking out new clients & managing existing relationships with conveyancers / conveyancing firms. Successful candidate can expect to be conducting meetings both virtually and in-person across England.

This is a hybrid opportunity for individuals based in England.

Responsibilities

  • Manage & develop relationships with a range of existing conveyancing clients across the territory
  • Conduct client meetings both virtually & in-person
  • Identify new business opportunities & manage the full sales cycle with prospective clients across the region
  • Identify opportunities for upsell & cross-sell
  • Lead on renewals processes & drive account retention
  • Build a strong network within the property & legal space
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction

The Successful Candidate

  • 18+ months B2B sales or account management experience
  • Experience selling to conveyancers / conveyancing firms is essential
  • New business experience is essential
  • Must have a full UK driving license
  • Based in the UK

Account Manager Package

  • Basic: £45,000-65,000
  • OTE: up to +100% of base salary
  • +£5,000 car allowance
