Sales Development Representative – MarTech
Our client is a fast-growing MarTech company backed by private equity and known for its people-first working culture. Their platform enhances customer loyalty and delivers personalised marketing at scale, making it a highly valued solution across multiple sectors. They are now seeking an SDR to help drive new business by engaging marketing teams across a variety of industries. The position sits within a SaaS organisation with clear training, progression pathways, and the opportunity to build a successful career in sales.
This is a hybrid role, reporting to the Leeds office 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold outreach
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the CRM
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a strong pipeline
- Book meetings and demos for the senior sales team
- Support wider sales campaigns and initiatives as needed
The Successful Candidate
- 12+ months of outbound sales experience
- Background in SaaS sales is ideal
- Must be confident in cold outreach
- Must be commutable to Leeds
Sales Development Representative Package
- Up to £35,000 basic salary
- OTE: £50,000-60,000 (uncapped)
