Role Overview:

The Senior Instructor will deliver advanced learning programmes for Product Managers and Product Owners working on GenAI-enabled products.

The programme will cover:

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) in production products
• Agentic AI systems and workflow ownership
• AI governance in regulated, consumer-facing environments
• AI-specific product metrics and observability
• Transforming Product practice using GenAI
• Monitoring AI-driven customer journeys

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1–2 day executive workshops
• Facilitate senior Product cohorts
• Design structured learning programmes
• Translate complex AI system design into product-level frameworks

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience of AI product discovery and training delivery
• Significant proven experience in digital product management
• Experience working directly with GenAI / LLM-based products
• Practical experience with RAG architectures in production
• Exposure to agentic systems (AI agents performing workflow tasks)
• Experience defining AI-specific metrics (trust, grounding, hallucination rate, escalation, drift)
• Cross-functional work with engineering, data science, and risk/compliance

Desirable skills include:

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g. Financial Services)
