Working pattern: Hybrid, 1 to 2 days per week in the office

Salary: £70,000 to £100,000

Neulinx are delighted to be partnered with a fast-growing fintech start-up operating across UK and international investment markets. The business has built a modern investment platform for wealth managers and financial advisers, delivering enterprise SaaS technology into the wealth sector.

The company currently employs around 20 people, with a small but highly capable engineering function split between the UK and the Philippines. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to hire two C# Software Engineers at mid and senior level to strengthen their UK team.

The role

You will play a key part in the continued evolution of the platform, working on new products and features that directly support wealth managers and advisers. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and influence over technical decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and enhancing the enterprise SaaS platform
• Building new tools and products for financial adviser clients
• Automating trading and transfer processes end to end
• Introducing modern technologies into the WealthTech platform
• Designing and implementing solutions to complex technical challenges

What they are looking for

• Experienced full-stack engineer with at least 4 years of commercial experience
• Strong understanding of OOP principles and design patterns
• Solid experience with C#, ASP.Net MVC and Entity Framework
• Someone who values autonomy, ownership and trust
• Appreciation for simple, maintainable and well-structured code

Nice to have

• Experience within financial services or fintech
• Experience integrating third-party APIs
• Experience refactoring legacy code and improving performance
• Exposure to unit testing
