Head of Product
Head of Product – High-Growth HealthTech (AI Platform)
Location: London (hybrid, 1 day per week onsite)
Package: £110k + stock options
Stage: Well-funded, scaling quickly
I'm partnered with a fast-growing HealthTech business that has developed an AI-powered clinical knowledge platform used widely across hospitals and healthcare organisations. Following rapid commercial traction and recent investment, they're now hiring their first dedicated
Head of Product.
This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of product in a company where your work directly influences clinical decision-making at the point of care.
The Opportunity
As the first product hire, you'll take over product leadership from the founder over the next 12 months plus. You'll handle both strategy and execution, shape the roadmap and lay the groundwork for a future product function.
A key upcoming challenge is strengthening and scaling their product-led growth approach, and you'll collaborate closely with engineering, clinical and commercial teams to drive this forward.
The role is expected to evolve into VP Product or CPO as the organisation scales.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the product strategy and roadmap end to end
- Operate as the sole product lead initially
- Work closely with clinicians and engineers to turn complex workflows into clear, scalable product solutions
- Drive activation, onboarding and engagement through product-led growth
- Lead discovery and ship features at pace
- Build out analytics and measurement foundations
- Prepare for future product hires and team expansion
- Report directly to the founder
