DevOps Engineer
At Neuraco, we're building the world's first robot learning cloud service (https://www.neuracore.com/). Our platform eliminates the complexity of traditional robotics development by providing a complete end-to-end solution for data collection, model training, and deployment that works across different robot types and configurations.
Our multidisciplinary team is at the forefront of making robot learning accessible to organisations worldwide, from manufacturing and logistics to healthcare and research institutions. We're transforming how robotics teams develop, train, and deploy intelligent systems by providing cloud-native infrastructure that scales from small research projects to enterprise-wide robot fleets.
We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to accelerate our entire engineering team by streamlining infrastructure, automating workflows, and ensuring our development processes are as efficient as possible. In this role, you'll own our CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and cloud infrastructure, removing friction so the rest of the team can focus on building the product. You'll play a critical role in reducing PR cycle times, maintaining our automated systems (including our LLM-powered bot), and ensuring our platform runs reliably at scale.
• Own and optimise our CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), with a focus on reducing build times and PR turnaround
• Design and maintain automated workflows that accelerate the development lifecycle across the team
• Manage and improve our cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Keep our LLM-powered bot and other automated tooling up to date and running smoothly
• Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar)
• Set up and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure platform health
• Collaborate with engineers to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the development process
• Manage container orchestration and deployment pipelines for our cloud services
• Establish and enforce security best practices across infrastructure and deployments
• Maintain and improve developer environments and tooling to maximise team productivity
Requirements
• 3+ years of professional experience in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role
• Strong experience with CI/CD platforms, particularly GitHub Actions
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including compute, networking, and storage services
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or similar)
• Solid understanding of containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes or ECS)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)
• Comfortable scripting in Python and/or Bash for automation tasks
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and Linux systems administration
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
• (Nice to Have) Experience supporting ML/AI infrastructure or GPU-based workloads
• (Nice to Have) Familiarity with robotics or edge computing deployment pipelines
