We’re a Barcelona-based startup, backed by leading European investors and collaborating with top university researchers. NeuralTrust operates at the intersection of AI innovation, cybersecurity, and enterprise transformation.
🥷 What You Will Do
You will be one of the first commercial hires dedicated to the UK, responsible for building pipeline from the ground-up and helping to scale our presence. You will own the early stages of the sales motion, shape how we go to market and work directly with Account Executives and leadership to close deals.
- Build and own a pipeline of qualified opportunities across UK Enterprises adopting generative AI
- Run targeted outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, direct) to CISOs, Heads of AI, CyberSecurity managers and engineering leaders
- Qualify inbound interest from marketing, events and partner channels
- Partner with Account Executives on account plans for strategic targets
- Represent NeuralTrust at industry events, conferences and UK meet ups
- Work with product and marketing to feedback insights
- Maintain a clear, accurate and disciplined CRM
- Upskill yourself on our product and the latest themes in CyberSecurity
⭐️ About You
Building presence in a new market is not easy. It requires a builder's mindset - comfortable with ambiguity, energised by owning a territory and experience generating pipeline in CyberSecurity. We are a rapidly growing organisation and seek ambitious individuals looking to accelerate their career.
- 3+ years experience in business development, sales development or similar pipeline-generating roles
- Experience in traditional CyberSecurity (AI CyberSecurity a plus!)
- Genuine curiousity about AI and Security - you can hold a credible first conversation with a technical buyer
- Comfortable engaging in all outbound channels - including cold calling
- Right to work in the UK
