Ecommerce Digital Product Manager - Thanet

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the client's ecommerce platform, driving digital growth, customer experience and commercial performance.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies and technology partners, you will lead the development of the next-generation ecommerce website while delivering continuous optimisation and measurable business results.

Benefits include a competitive salary of £50,000-£65,000/annum, bonus scheme and hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the ecommerce strategy, digital product roadmap and commercial performance.
  • Lead the development, testing and launch of the new ecommerce website as the business Product Owner.
  • Drive online revenue, conversion, customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value through data-led improvements.
  • Manage the ecommerce trading calendar, including product launches, promotions and merchandising.
  • Monitor ecommerce KPIs, analyse customer behaviour and implement continuous website optimisation initiatives.

About You

  • Previous experience managing ecommerce platforms and digital product roadmaps.
  • Strong commercial understanding with experience improving online trading performance and customer experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver digital transformation projects and manage external agencies and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven with experience using analytics to influence commercial decisions and optimise performance.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams.
