Build the AI brain of a commercial business

This isn’t a reporting role. It’s about designing systems, deploying AI agents, and transforming how a business makes decisions.
What you’ll own
- The data foundation: Build a scalable semantic layer—the single source of truth for people and AI
- AI in action: Create and orchestrate multi-agent systems that automate workflows and generate insights instantly
- Commercial impact: Equip teams across Sales, Strategy, and Revenue with real-time, decision-driving tools
- The roadmap: Define how AI gets embedded across the business
What you bring
- Experience building AI agents / agentic workflows (RAG, prompt engineering, tool use)
- Deep expertise in data modelling & data architecture
- Strong hands-on skills in Python, SQL, and cloud data platforms
- A clear understanding of commercial levers (pricing, promotions, sales performance)
- The ability to turn messy problems into scalable systems
