  • Communicate exam access arrangements to learners, parents and curriculum teams.
  • Support the Exams team in preparing assessments, including arranging modified papers, specialist equipment, additional invigilators and alternative examination venues.
  • Provide training and support for learners using assistive technologies such as reading pens, speech-to-text software and other approved resources.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of inclusive assessment practices across the College.
What we're looking for:
  • Five GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade 4/C or above, including English and Maths.
  • Experience working in an administrative role with excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Experience supporting learners with SEND or additional learning needs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with learners, staff and external agencies.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of JCQ regulations, Access Arrangements Online or exam access arrangements would be advantageous.
  • APAAC (Award of Proficiency in Access Arrangements Coordination), or a willingness to work towards this qualification.
  • A willingness to train as a qualified Exam Access Arrangements Assessor through a Level 5 qualification.
