What You’ll Do
- Modernise & Optimise : Use AI to streamline development and QA workflows, reducing complexity and accelerating delivery.
- Build AI Pipelines : Design intelligent automation for code generation, testing, and debugging.
- Champion AI-First Culture : Embed AI into every stage of the software lifecycle, enabling smaller, more efficient teams that deliver better results.
- Innovate & Experiment : Explore generative AI, predictive analytics, and emerging technologies to drive measurable impact.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in AI/ML engineering , with strong Python skills and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
- Expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering , and AI-driven developer tools.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) , and containerisation.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and enable tech teams.
