Business Analyst – Technology Transformation

Location: London (Hybrid: 2 days onsite in The City, 3 remote)

Contract: 6 months

The Opportunity:

We are supporting a major insurance organisation on a confidential transformation programme. They require an experienced Business Analyst to provide insight and structure across technology workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse existing systems, processes, and data flows to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Document requirements for future technology and pricing solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture business needs.
• Ensure alignment between technology and pricing initiatives.

Your Profile:

• Strong BA experience within Financial Services, ideally Insurance.
• Exposure to Broker technology platforms and pricing systems.
• Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
