Senior Project Manager – Strategic Technology Transformation

Location: London (Hybrid: 2 days onsite in The City, 3 remote)

Contract: 6 months, Inside IR35

Start: January 2026

The Opportunity:

A leading insurance organisation is embarking on a strategic technology transformation programme to modernise its systems and pricing architecture. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of this high-impact initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology change projects within a regulated environment.
• Oversee mapping of current systems and processes to inform future platform decisions.
• Drive governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement at executive level.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain pace and quality.

Your Profile:

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology change in Financial Services, ideally Insurance.
• Strong understanding of Broker environments (not underwriting).
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to operate with discretion.
