New Ventures Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced CRM Administrator to support and optimise their Group-wide HubSpot platform.

This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM professional to play a key role in the ongoing development of the company's CRM capability, supporting user adoption, improving automation, maintaining data accuracy and delivering valuable insight to support business growth.

Based at the Newton-le-Willows Head Office, you will become a key point of contact for CRM across the business, helping ensure HubSpot is fully aligned with business processes and delivering maximum value across multiple teams.

About the Role

As CRM Administrator, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management, optimisation and continuous improvement of the CRM platform. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you will help improve processes, enhance reporting, support lead generation activity and champion smarter ways of working through technology and automation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support and optimise the Group-wide HubSpot CRM platform.
  • Drive CRM best practice, governance and user adoption across the business.
  • Build, maintain and improve workflows and automation to increase efficiency.
  • Create dashboards, reports and management information to support informed decision-making.
  • Deliver CRM inductions, training and ongoing user support.
  • Manage CRM integrations with third-party platforms.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant and reliable CRM data.
  • Support marketing automation, lead generation campaigns and customer engagement activity.
  • Manage user permissions, licences and access controls.
  • Support database imports, migrations and CRM improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system functionality.
  • Act as a CRM champion, promoting best practice and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working with CRM platforms.
  • Strong experience using HubSpot (HubSpot Certification desirable).
  • Experience creating and managing workflows, automation and reporting.
  • Experience supporting marketing automation and lead generation campaigns.
  • Understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements.
  • Experience managing CRM users, permissions and data quality.
