About the Role

Our exclusive client, a leader in SME ERP and Business Management Software solutions, is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Vice President of Professional Services to lead their European services organization.

This executive role is responsible for driving the delivery, innovation, and scalability of the professional services portfolio—ensuring customers achieve transformative business outcomes through successful ERP implementations, optimization, and long-term value realization.

The ideal candidate will bring deep ERP/Business Management Software delivery expertise, a modern and innovative outlook—including development and leveraging of AI technologies—as well as the evolution of the European Delivery model to include cloud transformation and implementation of an offshore centre

Key Responsibilities

  • Professional Services Strategy: Define and execute the services strategy aligned with company growth goals and evolving ERP customer needs.
  • ERP Implementation Leadership: Oversee successful delivery of ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and business transformation programs.
  • Customer Value & Outcomes: Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Innovation & AI Enablement: Drive the adoption of innovative delivery approaches, including automation, AI-enabled services, and next-generation consulting models.
  • Revenue & Profitability Ownership: Manage services P&L, optimize utilization, forecasting, margin performance, and recurring services growth.
  • Global Delivery & Offshoring: Build and scale an efficient services organization, including experience leveraging offshore or hybrid delivery centres.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish scalable methodologies, governance frameworks, delivery KPIs, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Talent & Culture Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing service delivery and consulting teams across geographies.
  • Executive Collaboration: Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, shaping the company’s customer engagement and services roadmap.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Professional Services, consulting, or customer delivery within ERP or business management software organizations.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale, complex ERP implementation and transformation projects.
  • Strong business acumen with experience owning services P&L, financial planning, and margin optimization.
  • Innovative mindset, with experience adopting or delivering AI-driven tools, automation, or intelligent service models.
  • Preferred experience building or managing offshore / global delivery teams to enhance scalability and efficiency.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional influence at the executive level.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
