We’re working with a well-established, market-leading business offering a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Trainee to join their friendly and supportive technical team.
This is the perfect role for someone who is naturally tech-savvy, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to build a long-term career within a growing company.
What you’ll be doing:- Supporting customers with technical queries and product support
- Troubleshooting issues and providing clear, helpful solutions
- Learning about a specialist product range (full training provided)
- Working closely with an experienced and welcoming team
- A genuine interest in tech — whether that’s PCs, gadgets, gaming setups or hands-on tinkering
- Confident communication and a willingness to learn
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Any background in retail tech, phone shops, IT support or similar is a bonus — but not essential
- Full training and ongoing support
