Business Development Manager

EMEA Account Manager — Remote (London-Based)

Salary: £40,000 (flexible for exceptional candidates)

Commission: Uncapped, paid monthly (based on invoiced revenue)

Year 1 OTE: £70,000–£80,000+ (top performers earn significantly more)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are a global B2B lead generation company working with technology and media clients. With a growing European sales team, we’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Account Manager to drive new business, build long-term client relationships and enjoy the rewards of a high performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business sales across B2B technology and media clients
  • Build and manage client relationships, including meetings and hospitality events
  • Manage your sales pipeline using tools such as HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and LeadIQ
  • Attend client meetings in London 1-2 days per week (remote the rest of the time)
  • Achieve and exceed agreed revenue targets

About You

You’re confident, outgoing and relationship driven, with proven B2B sales experience (ideally within media or technology). You’re self-motivated, ambitious and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
