Sales Director
Sales Director - SaaS | Permanent, Full Time | £120k to £130k | Hybrid City of London
A high growth SaaS business is looking for an experienced Sales Director to drive new revenue and lead commercial growth.
This is a senior role for a proven sales leader who knows how to build pipeline, win new clients and close high value deals in a competitive market.
The role:
• Drive new business and revenue growth
• Lead and execute the sales strategy
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
• Own complex SaaS sales cycles from first conversation to close
• Use HubSpot CRM to manage pipeline, forecasting and performance
• Work closely with senior leadership to accelerate growth
What we're looking for:
• Proven Sales Director or Head of Sales with a 'hunter' mindset and experience within SaaS
• Strong track record of winning new business and hitting revenue targets
• Experience using HubSpot CRM
• Commercially sharp with a hands on approach to sales
• Confident managing senior stakeholders and strategic deals
Package:
• £120,000 to £130,000 base salary
