Are you a driven, ambitious sales professional looking for a role with no ceiling on what you can earn? NexCell Solutions is hiring Business Development Executives to join our fast-growing AI department and sell high-ticket AI products and consultancy services to businesses across the UK.
This is a performance-led, commission-only role with full flexibility over your schedule. You choose your hours. You choose your days. You get paid for results.

We are a prestigious AI company based in London, building and selling AI products and consultancy services to UK businesses, as well as PropTech across the EU. Our consultancy arm helps SMEs across the UK integrate AI into their day-to-day operations. We move fast, we value ownership, and we reward ambition.
The Role
You will be reaching out to SMEs and businesses across the UK, running sales conversations from first contact through to close, and managing your own pipeline. We provide leads to get you started, but the best performers find their own too.
For London-based candidates, we ask for one day per week in our London office on a day of your choosing. Everything else is flexible. The role does not have a base salary and is commission only.
What You Will Be Doing
- Reaching out to UK businesses to sell high-ticket AI services and consultancy packages
- Running conversations over the phone, video, and email from introduction to close
- Managing your pipeline with strong organisation and consistent follow-through
- Hitting weekly targets to unlock bonus tiers
- Sourcing your own leads alongside those provided by NexCell
- Representing NexCell with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for AI
What We Are Looking For
No degree required. No specific industry background required.
- Proven sales experience in any relevant environment
- Excellent communication skills - clear, confident, and personable
- Strong self-organisation and pipeline management
- Comfortable on the phone and in front of people
- Reliable, ambitious, and motivated to earn more
- Thrives with autonomy in a fast-paced environment
Preferred but Not Required
- Experience with Apollo AI or any lead generation platform
- Comfort with outbound prospecting and lead qualification
- Familiarity with B2B outreach tools or CRM workflows
- An interest in AI and technology
