My client who are leaders in their field are looking a Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant who will be working with Agile Scrum Teams to deliver change under an Agile Scrum Delivery Framework. This person is a leader and decision maker within an Agile Scrum team, responsible for maximising the value of a product to the customer.

The Product may vary and could be something very specific eg a pipeline of work relating to change for one specific area of the business; all changes to a particular case management system, or could be aligned to a specific business process and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a transparent product backlog that is aligned to the product vision including the prioritisation of the work given to the development team and for evaluating and reporting on the development and product progress
  • Feeding the needs of the customers and stakeholders through to the product vision and backlog
  • Sharing the product backlog and delivering within the governance structure for Agile delivery
  • Working with the customer to define a vision and roadmap for the product/service to ensure that all development of the product aligns to the Target Operating Models and IT Strategy
  • Overseeing development (both technical and non-technical) and ensuring that the work brought into the backlog and each individual sprint aligns into the product vision
  • Responsible for ensuring that the work completed within each sprint is signed off by the relevant stakeholders and any additional development required is brought into the Product Backlog
  • The point of contact for the product (the go between for the customer and scrum team)

Essential Skills

  • Has an in-depth knowledge of the Agile Scrum Framework and is able to promote best practice
  • Knows what is expected of all the scrum roles as well as the scrum events and protocols
  • The Product Owner is empowered to make decisions on behalf of the business area.
  • Requires the ability to prioritise and to be able to recognise dependencies
  • Is a creative thinker who can create, maintain, and refine a product backlog, working to the product vision and maximising value

Desirable Skills

  • A general level of knowledge of the Product to create a prioritised product backlog
  • Peppermint Matter Management System, Dynamics 365 Products.
    • Requires the ability to identify and track benefits.
    • Experience in data migration
    • Experience in reporting or an analytics background
    • Requires recognised Product Owner foundational accreditation or above
