Senior Marketing Business Analyst - Marketing Transformation - MarTech - Customer Data - 12 Month FTC

• 12 month FTC role
• Remote Working - Travel once per quarter
• Salary up to £75,000 per Annum

The Role

You will lead Business Analysis across our Marketing & Digital programme. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver initiatives spanning CRM, digital platforms, customer acquisition, customer journeys and marketing technology, helping shape the future of client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across complex Marketing & Digital transformation programmes.
• Gather, analyse and define business requirements and future-state processes.
• Shape customer journeys, CRM and digital platform improvements.
• Facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder engagement and build consensus.
• Provide strategic advice on priorities, solution options and business change.
• Mentor Business Analysts and ensure high-quality analysis throughout delivery.

About You

• Proven Business Analysis experience within large-scale business or technology transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering Marketing, CRM, MarTech and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Able to operate strategically while remaining hands-on throughout delivery.
• Collaborative, analytical and confident influencing senior stakeholders.
