Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant and IT Business Partner with strong Product Management and Program Consulting expertise to lead and manage end‐to‐end IT initiatives across Research, Clinical, and Regulatory domains within the pharmaceutical industry. The role involves close collaboration with global stakeholders, driving digital and technology transformation, and enabling business outcomes through innovative IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Program Management

  • Act as Product Manager, owning and managing end‐to‐end IT needs across multiple pharma workstreams including Research, Clinical, and Regulatory.
  • Lead program‐level consulting engagements across complex technologies and cross‐functional domains.
  • Drive solution conceptualization, scope definition, program planning, and execution for IT initiatives.
  • Manage delivery across Agile and Waterfall SDLC models, ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance.

Digital Transformation & IT Consulting

  • Partner with business stakeholders across Europe and the US to define IT application landscapes and execute technology product implementations.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives spanning:
  • Clinical data platforms
  • Pharmacovigilance (PV)
  • Digital R&D
  • Labeling and regulatory systems
  • AI‐driven productivity solutions
  • Manufacturing and supply chain systems

Life Sciences & Engineering Solutions

  • Provide functional and domain expertise in Life Sciences engineering solutions, including:
  • MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
  • Vision systems
  • IRT (Interactive Response Technology)
  • Digital Twins
  • Support compliance‐driven environments including CSV and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.

Agile Delivery & Leadership

  • Perform the role of Agile Scrum Master, driving Agile ceremonies and ensuring delivery excellence.
  • Manage projects using Agile methodologies and tools, facilitating strong collaboration between business and technology teams.

Business Analysis & Business Development

  • Lead Business Analysis and Business Development activities for the Life Sciences practice.
  • Support business growth through:
  • Industry and market research
  • Opportunity identification
  • Value proposition creation
  • Pre‐sales support and bid management
  • Engage with customers to understand business needs and translate them into scalable IT solutions.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Act as a trusted IT Business Partner for senior stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third‐party service providers to ensure delivery alignment and cost effectiveness.
