D365 Systems Administrator

We are working with a leading charity based in Central London to recruit a D365 Systems Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and technically skilled individual to play a key role in enhancing and supporting the organisation’s use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the wider Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 solutions to meet evolving organisational needs.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line D365 support and resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate with the Applications team and key stakeholders to design effective, user-focused solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and manage integrations with external systems and databases.
  • Write UAT scripts, custom workflows, and maintain system documentation.
  • Support Power Platform projects including Canvas Apps and Power Automate.
  • Assist with SharePoint access and design tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and deliver best practice advice on D365 and related technologies.
Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Strong skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, MS SQL, and Business Central.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g. SSIS), C#, .NET, and VBA.
  • Experience in Agile project environments and technical documentation.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Qualifications
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Microsoft Certification in D365 Systems Administration (desirable).
