D365 Systems Administrator
We are working with a leading charity based in Central London to recruit a D365 Systems Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and technically skilled individual to play a key role in enhancing and supporting the organisation’s use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the wider Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 solutions to meet evolving organisational needs.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line D365 support and resolve complex issues.
- Collaborate with the Applications team and key stakeholders to design effective, user-focused solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and manage integrations with external systems and databases.
- Write UAT scripts, custom workflows, and maintain system documentation.
- Support Power Platform projects including Canvas Apps and Power Automate.
- Assist with SharePoint access and design tasks as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and deliver best practice advice on D365 and related technologies.
- Proven experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Strong skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, MS SQL, and Business Central.
- Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g. SSIS), C#, .NET, and VBA.
- Experience in Agile project environments and technical documentation.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Certification in D365 Systems Administration (desirable).
- £45,000 per annum
