Operations Assistant – Founder’s Office (Dubai)

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the founder to translate ideas, models, and hypotheses into structured actions
• Support research, project management, and operational execution across multiple domains
• Manage vendors, researchers, and partners, ensuring seamless output in a high-demand environment
• Assist in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical tasks across physics, AI, data, and emerging tech
• Operate confidently in situations of ambiguity, incomplete briefs, and rapid change
• Maintain the highest level of discretion when handling sensitive information and intellectual property

Education Profile (Ideal)

• Background in Physics (strongest preference), Mathematics, Engineering, Quantitative STEM, or Quant Finance
• Graduates from Top 25 UK universities
• Strong A-level Maths and science results

Experience Profile (Ideal)

3–5 years in demanding analytical or operational environments, such as:

• Consulting
• Venture Capital
• Fintech
• High-growth startups
• Quant internships or research roles
