Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)
Our client a forward-thinking tech consultancy is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its recruitment and operational needs during a busy delivery period. This fully remote, contractor position is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment, HR, or administrative support who can hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to coordinate recruitment activity, manage candidate pipelines, and support the smooth running of day-to-day people operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and managing correspondence with candidates and hiring teams
- Post job advertisements across platforms and monitor responses
- Screen CVs and support with initial outreach to potential candidates
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and documentation
- Act as the first point of contact for candidate queries, ensuring a professional and timely response
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure all recruitment activities run smoothly
- Support wider People & Talent projects and administrative tasks as required
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition support (in-house or agency)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and remote collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Slack, etc.)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional approach with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
