Next Match LLC operates NextMatch AI ( – an AI-powered hiring platform that connects job seekers directly to employers' internal systems instead of traditional job boards.

We're building a strong pool of Web Developers in the UK, especially around London, for roles with our own team and partner companies (SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, startups, agencies).

About the Role

As a Web Developer, you'll work on modern web applications and sites – front-end, back-end, or full stack, depending on your skills and the employer.

You might be building new features, improving existing products, or helping launch completely new platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications
• Build clean, user-friendly interfaces and components
• Work with REST/GraphQL APIs and integrate third-party services
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
• Help improve performance, security, and overall UX

What We're Looking For

• 1–5+ years of experience in web development (front-end, back-end, or full-stack)
• Solid skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)
• Experience with a back-end stack (Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, .NET, etc.) is a plus
• Familiarity with Git, APIs, and debugging tools
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Based in the UK (London or willing to work UK hours)

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Previous work in SaaS, marketplaces, or HR / job-tech products
• Portfolio / GitHub with examples of shipped work
