Role Overview:

We are looking for a D365 Business Central Consultant (Supply Chain) to join our growing delivery

team. You’ll play a key role in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, focusing on

production and supply chain management processes. From requirements gathering through to go-live and support, you’ll guide our clients through every stage of their ERP journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support full-cycle implementations of D365 Business Central with a focus on supply
  • chain and production modules
  • Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements

  • Configure and customise Business Central to meet client-specific needs
  • Deliver user training and ensure successful user adoption
  • Conduct workshops, testing, and end-user support in line with project methodology
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing process improvement insights and best practices

  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a D365 Business Central / NAV consultant, ideally with a focus on supply
  • chain or production
  • Strong knowledge of ERP implementation processes and business process modelling
  • Excellent understanding of supply chain operations (inventory, procurement, planning,
  • manufacturing)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to deliver training and conduct workshops with end users
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Professional level of English (both written and spoken)
