Responsibilities
- Act as a key technical resource, operating between a Senior Developer and a Technical Architect.
- Lead the technical re-engineering and business transformation efforts, migrating wholesale legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Focus on CRM-centric development and architecture to support the 'inside out' transformation.
- Design and implement solutions to expand and enhance the customer portal, including the transition towards a more app-based portal over time.
- Integrate directly and seamlessly into the existing development team.
- Maintain a positive and effective customer attitude throughout project delivery.
Requirements
- Experience Level: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Project Experience: Sufficient professional exposure (2nd or 3rd project chain) to demonstrate competence; not suitable for recent graduates.
- Core Technical Skills: Strong capability and technical focus on Dynamics CRM.
- Required Technical Skills: Proficiency with Power Apps.
- Desired Technical Skills (Nice to Have): Significant experience with Dynamics Portals.
- Soft Skills: Good customer-facing attitude.
