Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to head the Global SAP Practice within a major international technology services organisation. This role will be responsible for shaping and scaling the company's SAP portfolio, driving R&D and innovation, strengthening global partner ecosystems, and supporting business growth through highly differentiated SAP offerings.

The Global Head will play a pivotal part in developing world-class SAP capabilities, supporting key global pursuits, and ensuring seamless collaboration with regional and delivery units across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio & Offering Development

  • Define and continuously evolve the SAP services portfolio across S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, analytics, AI, cloud, sustainability, and industry-specific solutions.
  • Develop differentiated offerings, reusable assets, and accelerators that drive business growth.
  • Ensure alignment with SAP's roadmap and global market trends.

Innovation & R&D

  • Establish SAP Centres of Excellence and innovation hubs across global regions.
  • Develop next-generation solutions leveraging AI/ML, automation, cloud-native architectures, and intelligent enterprise frameworks.
  • Drive co-innovation with technology partners and foster the adoption of automation and AI within SAP programmes.

Sales Enablement

  • Provide global sales teams with expert SAP insight, deal support, and thought leadership.
  • Create offerings, frameworks, and content to accelerate pipeline development and order entry.
  • Support strategic customer engagements as a trusted advisor.

Partner & Alliance Management

  • Strengthen alliances with SAP, hyperscalers, and complementary technology partners.
  • Define and execute joint go-to-market strategies with key partners.
  • Enable co-sell, co-deliver and co-innovate motions across the ecosystem.

Thought Leadership & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Represent the organisation at major SAP events, forums, and industry summits.
  • Develop thought leadership content such as whitepapers, blogs, and strategic viewpoints.
  • Build visibility and influence within the global SAP ecosystem.

Skills & Competency Development

  • Define the global SAP skills and capability framework.
  • Drive upskilling, certifications, and competency development across delivery teams.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10–15 years of leadership experience within SAP or IT services.
  • Proven background in leading global SAP practices or large-scale SAP transformation programmes.
  • Deep expertise across core SAP technologies: S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, analytics, industry cloud, etc.
  • Strong track record in portfolio management, alliances, and sales enablement.
  • Experience building accelerators, CoEs, and innovation frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across global teams.
  • Strong relationships within the SAP ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's/Master's in technology, engineering, or business; MBA preferred.
