Delivery Service Manager - Hybrid working across the UK
Location: UK (Hybrid) | Security Clearance: SC or eligible
We are partnering with a global management consultancy delivering large-scale Oracle ERP transformation programmes across public and private sectors.
Our client is looking for an experienced Oracle Delivery Service Manager to lead key workstreams within complex Oracle Finance programmes, manage teams of specialists and act as a trusted client partner throughout delivery.
Key Responsibilities as a Oracle Service Delivery Manager will be:
- Lead and manage major Oracle workstreams (e.g. Data Migration, Testing, PMO)
- Own planning, execution and delivery across programme phases
- Manage client relationships and senior stakeholders
- Build and develop high-performing delivery teams
Essential Experience:
- Proven delivery of Oracle ERP implementations
- Led at least one major Oracle workstream
- Strong people leadership and client-facing capability
- Understanding of Agile / Waterfall / hybrid delivery models
- Eligible for UK Security Clearance
Desirable
- Data Migration or Testing expertise
- Consulting or professional services background
- Oracle Finance / Supply Chain certification
