Oracle Cloud CX solution architect

NV are urgently looking for an Oracle Cloud CX solution architect for a new contract role.

6 month contract, likely to extend and need approx 2 days per week onsite in Reading

Oracle Sales Cloud CX solution architect

• Solution Architecture, Design and Documentation:
• Lead the architecture and the to-be design of Oracle Sales Cloud (CRM and CPQ), propose scalable solution design options to fit the future releases and enhancements
• Have implemented Oracle CX / Sales cloud multiple times and is well versed with CRM / CPQ configurations.
• Strong understanding of industry best practices, data models and CX lifecycle
• Develop scalable and sustainable architectures that meet business requirements and IT standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with enterprise goals.
• Write & where relevant validate high level solution design and the low-level solution design
• Support peer to peer review of the HLD & LLD documentation
• Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance during the solution development lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide technical teams on best practices and optimal design approaches.
• Integration and Deployment:
• Architect seamless integrations with other Oracle Cloud applications and third-party systems.
• Oversee deployment strategies to ensure successful E2E implementation and client satisfaction.
