Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Receivables Functional Consultant to support the implementation and optimisation of Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, with a focus on Accounts Receivable and related Finance processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with finance stakeholders, project teams and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions and support the delivery of Oracle Cloud Receivables functionality across the organisation.

This role requires strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials, particularly Receivables, alongside excellent stakeholder engagement and process improvement skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional workshops with finance and business stakeholders to gather and document Accounts Receivable requirements
  • Configure and support Oracle Cloud Receivables modules in line with business and operational requirements
  • Analyse current-state AR processes and design future-state Oracle Cloud solutions
  • Support end-to-end implementation activities including solution design, configuration, testing, training and go-live support
  • Configure key Oracle Receivables functionality including customer billing, transaction processing, cash application, receipts, collections and credit management
  • Support integration activities between Receivables and other Oracle Cloud modules including General Ledger, Cash Management and Order Management
  • Produce functional design documents, process maps, configuration documentation and training materials
  • Support SIT/UAT activities including test script creation, execution and defect resolution
  • Work closely with technical and integration teams to support reporting, interfaces and data migration activities
  • Provide functional guidance and best practice recommendations to stakeholders and project teams
  • Support post-go-live stabilisation and issue resolution activities where required

Required Experience

  • Proven experience working as an Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Consultant
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Receivables (AR)
  • Experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation or transformation projects
  • Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable business processes and finance operations
  • Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with finance stakeholders
  • Knowledge of end-to-end finance process flows and cross-functional dependencies
  • Experience supporting testing activities including SIT and UAT
  • Strong documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with additional Oracle Cloud Financials modules such as General Ledger, Cash Management or Payables
  • Exposure to Order-to-Cash (O2C) process design
  • Experience working on global or multi-country Oracle Cloud deployments
  • Knowledge of data migration and integration processes within Oracle Cloud
  • Oracle Cloud certification beneficial but not essential
