Oracle Time & Labour Business Analyst
Location: Flexible / Hybrid
Contract Type: Contract or Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Role Overview
We are looking for an Oracle Time & Labour (T&L) Business Analyst to support a global Oracle programme by helping map existing Time & Labour elements from internal systems into a future-state Oracle solution.
This role is focused on business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping rather than deep technical configuration. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders across multiple countries to document current state processes, identify gaps, and help align requirements with Oracle Time & Labour capabilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid BA fundamentals and exposure to Oracle HCM / Time & Labour who is comfortable engaging with stakeholders and presenting information in a structured, clear way.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document Time & Labour requirements across multiple countries and business units.
- Map current-state T&L elements, rules, and processes from internal systems into future-state Oracle processes.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to capture business requirements and pain points.
- Produce clear documentation including process maps, requirement specifications, gap analysis, and data mapping outputs.
- Work closely with functional leads, integration teams, and wider programme stakeholders to ensure requirements align across related workstreams.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, and areas requiring localisation or country-specific considerations.
- Support the translation of business requirements into functional design inputs for the Oracle implementation team.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working as a Business Analyst on Oracle HCM, Workforce Management, or Time & Labour related projects.
- Good understanding of Time & Labour processes such as time entry, approvals, pay rules, absence interaction, or scheduling.
- Strong requirements gathering and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to analyse and present information in a structured and business-friendly format.
- Experience working within global or multi-country programmes is beneficial.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to Oracle Time & Labour / Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Experience supporting global transformation or ERP programmes.
- Understanding of integrations or downstream payroll impacts related to T&L processes.
Candidate Profile
- Strong BA skillset with a proactive and organised approach.
- Comfortable working with both business and functional teams.
- Able to manage multiple workstreams and country-specific requirements simultaneously.
- Not necessarily a highly senior resource, but someone capable of independently gathering information and driving clarity across stakeholders.
