We’re seeking an ambitious and technically astute SAP Test Manager to own and drive test strategy across high-impact digital transformation projects. You'll work alongside industry leaders and cutting-edge clients, delivering quality from blueprint through go-live and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing and leading end-to-end SAP test strategies for complex S/4HANA programmes
• Owning the full testing lifecycle – from planning and preparation to execution, automation, and reporting
• Spearheading automated testing frameworks, embedding them into continuous delivery pipelines
• Guiding senior stakeholders and technical teams through best-in-class quality assurance practices
• Leading multi-disciplinary testing teams across functional, integration, UAT, regression, and performance phases
• Driving innovation in quality engineering and tooling across cloud and on-prem environments

You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Test Manager on large-scale SAP S/4HANA programmes
• Strong understanding of test architecture, automation tools, and QA governance frameworks
• Leadership capabilities – able to inspire, direct and grow high-performing teams
• Deep experience in testing methodologies across Agile, DevOps, and traditional models
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills at C-level
