Sap QM Consultant

Our client, a leading global organisation in the engineering and transportation sector, is preparing to launch a major S/4HANA transformation programme in 2025. To support this initiative, they are seeking an experienced SAP QM Consultant to play a key role in shaping and delivering the future quality management landscape across their international business.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for SAP QM within a large-scale digital transformation.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and design end-to-end QM processes aligned with S/4HANA best practices.
• Support system configuration, testing, integration, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and EHS.
• Provide guidance on QM-related master data, quality notifications, inspection plans, results recording, and certificates.
• Assist in deployment planning, cutover, and post-go-live support for S/4HANA.

Experience Required

• Proven experience as an SAP QM Consultant (ECC and/or S/4HANA).
• Hands-on configuration experience in Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, and Quality Certificates.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Previous experience in global template rollouts or large transformation projects preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse international teams.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience in industries such as engineering, manufacturing, transportation, or rail.
• Familiarity with integration points (MM, PP, EHS, PM).
