We're now looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our European Data Freelance division in London. You'll play a key role in expanding this thriving market, partnering with leading clients, and placing Europe's top freelance data specialists.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for freelance data professionals across Europe.
• Build and expand relationships with clients, delivering bespoke recruitment solutions.
• Proactively source and engage top talent through networking, referrals, job boards, and social media.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, providing expert market insights.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, market rates, and emerging data technologies.
• Collaborate closely with divisional leaders to grow the Data Freelance business and your own portfolio.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years' experience in technology recruitment, ideally within data or freelance markets.
• A proven record of billing success in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of data roles - analytics, science, engineering, and related tech.
• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
