(Senior) SAP FICO Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICOConsultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in finance processes and hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation, support, and optimisation projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver scalable financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and enhancements
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure SAP modules, including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles
• Work with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP) for end-to-end process integration
• Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA timelines
• Drive process improvements and recommend best practices
• Prepare documentation, including functional specs, test scripts, and user manuals
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and cutover activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP FICO configuration and support
• In-depth understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
• Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.)
• Familiarity with S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred
• Ability to write functional specifications for technical developments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
