Some are sceptical because they have been burned by AI before. All of them are trusting us with something that matters enormously to their business.

You are the person who meets them at that moment and makes it unforgettable, for the right reasons.

You will be the one who sits with a customer and builds their Business Pulse, connecting their systems, reading their data, understanding how their business genuinely operates. You will be the one who takes something that could feel technical and confusing and makes it feel like the clearest, most exciting thing that has happened to their business in years. You will be the one who deploys their first workflow and watches it prove its value in front of them.

We are not looking for someone who executes an onboarding checklist. We are looking for someone who understands that the way a customer feels during this process determines whether they become an advocate who tells everyone they know, or a churned account who quietly drifts away.

What we want every customer to feel when they deal with us:

What you'll actually be doing:

You will lead the integration and onboarding of new customers personally, working alongside the founders on every deployment. You will connect customer systems, ingest their data, and build their Business Pulse from the ground up, taking real ownership of getting it right rather than following a script. You will run the conversations that turn hesitant, unsure business owners into confident, excited advocates. You will identify the first workflow that will prove the platform's value fastest, get it live, and make sure the customer sees the return with their own eyes. You will be the person a customer trusts completely within the first hour of meeting you.

You will also help build the playbook itself. This function does not exist yet in its final form. You will be defining what brilliant onboarding looks like at Next Verse, and every customer after yours will benefit from what you learn.

What we need from you:

A genuine gift for making people feel confident, excited, and looked after, even when what you're doing behind the scenes is technically complex. Real hands-on comfort with data, systems, and technology, because you will be working directly with customer systems, APIs, and integrations. The instinct to spot exactly where a customer's business is losing time and turn that into the moment they see the platform's value. Relentlessly high standards for the experience you create, because good enough is not good enough here. Genuine warmth and integrity, because customers need to trust you completely and quickly.
