Sales Executive (Founding Sales Team)

Right now, the AI advantage belongs to the few. The businesses with the budget, the technical team, the head start. Everyone else is stuck choosing between AI that doesn't understand them, or handing their most sensitive data to foreign infrastructure to train models they'll never own.

We're building the alternative: sovereign AI infrastructure that gives every business its own private model, trained on how it actually operates, with a Workforce of agents that runs the daily work. British owned. British built. Owned outright by the businesses who use it.

We've already proven it in the room. Real businesses, real deployments, real signed clients. What we don't have yet is the sales machine to put this in front of every business in the UK that needs it. That's this role.

This is not an account management job. This is a hunting and closing job.

You will personally find the businesses worth pursuing, get in the room with the owner or MD, run the conversation that uncovers the real cost of their current operational chaos, and close them on a deployment. You will build your own pipeline from scratch, using every channel available to you. There is no established playbook here. You will be building it as you go, alongside the founders, and what you learn will shape how every deal after yours gets closed.

We are looking for people who have already proven they can do this. Not people who want to learn how. People who have personally sourced, qualified, and closed complex B2B deals with no inbound support, who treat their own pipeline like it's their own business, and who have the resilience to keep going when a deal falls through and the hunger to find the next one before anyone tells them to.

This is a founding sales role inside a pre-launch, stage-appropriate startup. No brand recognition yet, no case study library, no marketing engine feeding you leads. What you get instead is uncapped commission, equity for the right people, direct daily access to founders who have built and scaled businesses before, and the opportunity to build and lead a sales organisation from its earliest days rather than join one that already exists.

What you'll need:

  • A proven track record of closing complex B2B deals, ideally software, services, or solutions sold directly to business owners and decision makers
  • Genuine experience building your own pipeline from a cold start, without relying on inbound leads
  • The resilience and hunger to operate without a fully built playbook, and the initiative to build parts of it yourself
  • Exceptional communication and commercial instinct, with the ability to read a room and know when to push and when to let silence close the deal
