Role: Business Development Manager - IT DistributionSalary: £40,000 basic + Double OTE (£80,000)Location: BirminghamWe're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing IT distributor and play a key role in driving new revenue, building partner relationships, and expanding our customer base.This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on winning new business, opening doors, and turning opportunities into long-term trading relationships.What You'll Be DoingProactively identify, target, and win new reseller and MSP customersBuild a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and manage deals from first contact to closeDevelop relationships with key decision-makers across partner organisationsWork closely with internal sales, vendor and marketing teams to maximise deal successPosition a broad portfolio of IT, cloud, cybersecurity and infrastructure solutionsMeet and exceed revenue and gross profit targetsMaintain accurate forecasting and CRM recordsWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in B2B new business sales, ideally within IT distribution, IT services or technologyA hunter mindset with a strong track record of winning new accountsConfident communicator who can engage and influence at all levelsCommercially astute with strong pipeline and forecasting disciplineSelf-motivated, resilient and driven to succeedComfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentWhat's On Offer£40,000 basic salaryDouble OTE (£80,000) with an uncapped commission structureHybrid working modelClear career progression within a growing businessSupportive sales leadership and enablementExposure to leading IT vendors and in-demand technologiesIf you're a high-energy new business sales professional ready to accelerate your earnings and career within IT distribution, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
